Who is responsible

What we collect on this website

• Early-access form: e-mail address and, if you fill them in, name, company, country, machine/CAD system and drawing volume. Purpose: to inform you about the converter and to decide what to support first. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by e-mail.
• Server logs: IP address, time and requested page, kept for up to 14 days for security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Statistics: if enabled, we use our own Umami instance without cookies; it counts visits without identifying you.

This website sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers.

Payments

When the converter is sold, payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. as an independent controller for payment data. We receive your name, e-mail, billing address and VAT ID needed for the invoice and the licence – never your card details.

How long we keep data

Early-access data until the launch plus 12 months, or until you withdraw consent. Invoicing data as required by tax law.

Where data is stored

On our server in the European Union (Hetzner, Germany). We do not sell or share your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Write to cutforge@cutforge.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – in Slovakia the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (dataprotection.gov.sk).
